Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with our logistics partners, though we strive to deliver within 5-7 business days across India.

3. Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Damages

Orthoplast is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

5. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. For international bulk orders, please contact our sales team directly at nidproducts@yahoo.com.
